Investments High Return System
By admin | January 22, 2008
If you’ve ever considered becoming a “speculative” investor, instead of being your every day
“stuff it in the bank and wait” kind of person, then one option now open to you is foreign
exchange trading (forex). This is without doubt an area of investments high return.
With the advent of home computing and more recently smart phones everyone has an opportunity
to handle their own speculative investments in real-time. It is important to understand that by going down this route you are going to be “mixing it up” with the big boys; well paid professionals working for financial institutions who handle many huge transactions each and every day.
By Foreign Exchange we mean the trading of one currency for another simultaneously.
Currencies are traded in pairs, so to profit from an exchange rate move you need to buy the
currency that you expect will strengthen in value and sell the weaker one. If you believed
that the Japanese (Yen) was going to appreciate against the dollar (USD) you would buy the
YEN/USD; or in other words buy the YEN and sell the USD. Conversely, if you believed that
the YEN was going to depreciate against the USD then you would sell the YEN and buy the USD.
The market is populated by two groups commonly referred to as “Hedgers” and “Speculators”.
Hedgers are typically governments and importers/exporters who are trying to reduce the impact of exchange rates between their domestic currency and those of the countries they are dealing with. As a personal forex trader you would more likely fit in to the speculator category and capitalize on the exchange rate fluctuations.
Unlike shares it is not necessary to wait for a bullish market to ensure your investments high return. For the novice forex speculator to be successful it is vital that they have a clear understanding of how the market works and what pitfalls lie in wait for the naive. I would highly recommend that the initial approach is to learn as much as possible from books and online sources before using your own hard-earned money. There are opportunities to practice in simulated trades before “going live”.
The upside is that instead of leaving your savings in accounts that are sometimes only just
keeping up with inflation, you can ensure your investments high return on a daily
basis.
