You must brainstorm on ways to keep it fun. Besides, if the participants are motivated, then your profits can be unimaginable! The end goal of some fundraising campaigns provides enough incentive to motivate the participants. Intangible prizes: These are often the most effective for the participants, and as a result, create the most incentive. For example, have your team leaders put on a silly play or musical!
