- Manage my trading capital with a focus on risk reduction first
- Taking the time to test a trading system BEFORE trading it with real money
- Continue saving money in a bank account for non-trading purposes
- Do more research and testing before truly committing to trading
- Have a proper financial plan mapped out that considers all the other important aspects of life as well

Trading for consistent profits is not an easy feat to achieve. While there are many books and courses in the marketplace that promise you instant riches, or quick and easy ways to trading profits, the truth is no one can promise or guarantee you success in anything in life. This is something that you’ll have to understand as you navigate the online world of trading education.
Many traders come into the markets expecting to make a killing from the very moment they start. But more often than not, they realize to their chagrin that it takes more than money and attending a course to become a profitable trader. It’s only those who manage to survive the first few years and rocky starts that will eventually become consistently profitable and successful traders.
